Designed and manufactured in Australia, this low-profile mount provides a vehicle-ready mounting option for Starlink Mini using a powder-coated aluminium mount body and machined side rails.

Before You Get Started
⚠️ The Starlink Mini In-Motion Mount must be installed on a suitable vehicle mounting surface using the correct hardware for your setup.
Before installing the mount, always confirm that your roof rack, tray, platform or magnetic mounting surface is suitable for vehicle use and capable of supporting the mount securely.

This mount can be installed using a roof rack setup or, where suitable, compatible magnets purchased separately.
Important Installation Notes
This mount is designed for external vehicle use with Starlink Mini.
Mounting hardware varies between roof rack systems and is not included. Always use hardware that is suitable for your specific roof rack, tray, platform or mounting system.
For magnetic installation, compatible magnets are purchased separately and must only be used on a clean, flat and suitable metal vehicle surface.
Do not install the mount on thin, flexible, unstable or unsuitable panels. Installation must account for wind load, vibration and vehicle movement.
Any in-motion use remains the user’s responsibility. Always follow local road rules and check the mount before driving.

Your kit may vary slightly depending on colour or product version, but the Starlink Mini In-Motion Mount kit generally includes:
In-motion mount base
Two side rails
Supplied bolts for securing the rails
Roof rack mounting hardware and magnetic mounting hardware are not included unless purchased separately.

Installation Overview
The installation process depends on whether you are using a roof rack or magnetic setup.
Roof Rack Installation
The roof rack installation generally follows this order:
Secure the base mount using hardware suitable for your roof rack.
Position one side rail on the mount base.
Align the rail holes with the mounting holes.
Insert the bolts and hand-tighten them first.
Plug the cable into your Starlink Mini before placing it into the mount.
Place the Starlink Mini into the second rail and slide it into position.
Tighten all bolts with the Allen key.
Do not overtighten, as this may damage the threads.
Check that the mount is secure and all fasteners are tight before driving.
Before driving, verify that all screws are secure and all components are properly installed.
Magnetic Installation
The magnetic installation generally follows this order:
Fasten one compatible magnet to each corner of the mount base.
Use suitable washers if needed for correct magnet fitment.
Position one side rail on the mount base.
Align the rail holes with the mounting holes.
Insert the bolts and hand-tighten them first.
Plug the cable into your Starlink Mini before placing it into the mount.
Place the Starlink Mini into the second rail and slide it into position.
Tighten all bolts with the Allen key.
Do not overtighten, as this may damage the threads.
Position the magnetic mount on a suitable clean, flat metal vehicle surface.
Confirm the magnets are seated firmly before driving.
Before driving, always ensure the mounting surface is suitable, clean and capable of securely holding the magnetic mount.
