We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. Change-of-mind returns are eligible within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unmodified, and in saleable condition
- All original components should be included
- Returns must be approved before sending — items sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted
A restocking fee of 20% (capped at $100 per return) applies to change-of-mind returns, to cover the cost of inspecting, testing, and repacking returned items.
Return shipping is at your expense.
