A restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. This fee:
- Is 20% of the item's value
- Is capped at $100 per return
- Covers the cost of inspecting, testing, and repackaging returned items before resale
This fee does not apply to genuinely faulty or damaged items — see our Warranty & Faulty Items article for those cases.
We aim to apply this fairly and only where it's genuinely needed.
