You can cancel your order for a refund, minus a 2% fee to cover non-refundable card processing costs, as long as it hasn't yet been picked and shipped from our warehouse.
To request a cancellation, contact our team at online@spacetek.com.au with your order number and reason for cancellation as soon as possible — the sooner we hear from you, the better the chance your order can still be stopped before it's picked.
Once an order has been picked and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. At that point, please refer to our returns policy for your options.
