If you need to extend your WiFi coverage beyond what Starlink's own router provides, we stock two real options depending on your setup — plus a third approach worth knowing about for longer distances, even though we don't sell it.
Option 1: AQUILA PRO AI Wi-Fi 6 Mesh System
A dedicated mesh WiFi system designed to work alongside Starlink, available as a 2-pack or 3-pack depending on how much area you need to cover. Mesh nodes work together to extend WiFi coverage across a larger home, multiple rooms, or outbuildings, without needing a wired connection to every node.
Option 2: Genuine Starlink Gen 2 Router (UTR-211) as a mesh node
If you're on Starlink Gen 2, a genuine Starlink router can also be added as an additional mesh node to your existing Starlink WiFi network, extending coverage using Starlink's own mesh technology rather than a third-party system.
Option 3: Point-to-Point Wireless Bridge (not something we sell)
For longer distances — for example, getting a signal from your house to a separate shed, workshop, or second building 50m+ away — a dedicated point-to-point wireless bridge system is generally a more reliable approach than mesh, since mesh nodes aren't designed to cover that kind of distance or building-to-building gap. We don't stock this type of product ourselves, but it's worth being aware of as an option if mesh isn't going to cut it for your setup, and searching separately for a point-to-point wireless bridge kit.
Which should I choose?
- If you want the simplest setup that's designed to integrate directly with Starlink's own app and ecosystem, the genuine Starlink Gen 2 router as a mesh node is the more native option.
- If you need broader coverage (larger property, multiple buildings, or a mix of Starlink generations) or want more configuration flexibility, the AQUILA PRO AI mesh system is a stronger dedicated WiFi solution.
- If the distance is significant (separate building, shed, or workshop well away from the main structure), a point-to-point wireless bridge is worth investigating instead of mesh, even though it's not something we supply.
