Our Starlink routers and power supplies are designed for the AU/NZ market. If you're ordering from outside Australia or New Zealand — or taking your gear overseas — there are a couple of things to check before you buy.
Check the voltage specification before purchasing
Our standard power supplies are built for AU/NZ mains voltage and plug standards. Before ordering, check the voltage specification listed on the product page against your local mains supply to confirm it's suitable for your region.
You'll need your own plug adaptor or local cable
Our standard power supply ships with an AU/NZ-style plug, which will not physically fit wall outlets in most other countries. If you're outside AU/NZ, you'll need to supply your own:
- Plug adaptor to convert the AU/NZ plug to your local socket type, or
- Alternate power cable suited to your local outlet, if you'd prefer not to use an adaptor
We don't include region-specific plugs or cables as standard — this is on the customer to source locally or separately.
A universal option is available
If you'd rather not deal with adaptors, we also stock a universal 110-240V AC power supply (with integrated Starlink PoE injector) that's built to handle a wider voltage range — though you'll still need a plug adaptor or local cable for the wall-socket end, since it doesn't include region-specific plugs either.
